Paddling on beautiful Yabba Creek. The creek is alive with fish, turtles and platypus.A quiet paddle in the early morning or at dusk will almost certainly find a platypus. Then there are the lungfish! These prehistoric creatures, totally protected, are found all through the creek. It's nothing to see the head of a huge lungfish emerge from the depths to take a huge gasp of air. It's pretty scary the first time!
